Climate Change and Wildland Fires

Dr. Cromar’s program is incorporating the health impacts of climate change into greenhouse gas mitigation and climate adaptation policymaking. These efforts succeed when there are collaborations across a broad range of scientific disciplines, government agencies, and public stakeholders. Cromar and his team also focus on scientific, policy, and management strategies to address the increasing adverse impacts of wildland fires.
