Health Impacts of Air Pollution
Peer-reviewed scientific research is the foundation of any effort to reduce health burdens associated with outdoor air pollution exposures. Dr. Kevin Cromar leads his program’s interdisciplinary health research refining our understanding of the nature and magnitude of risks associated with environmental exposures. This work also includes the production of the annual “Health of the Air” report, which estimates the health impacts of air pollution for every locale with an air quality monitor in the United States.
