Substance Use Disorders

Substance misuse plagues communities across the United States, with manifold health, public safety, and economic harms. With our partners, we investigate strategies that address substance use disorders at all justice-system intercepts, from prevention to treatment, across locales and agency types, through technical assistance, action research, and program implementation.

Hosted by the Litmus Program, the NYU COSSUP Collaborative is a group of practitioners and researchers who have teamed up to stem the tide of opioid, stimulant, and other drug misuse in their communities.
