Substance misuse plagues communities across the United States, with manifold health, public safety, and economic harms. With our partners, we investigate strategies that address substance use disorders at all justice-system intercepts, from prevention to treatment, in diverse populations, locales, and agency types, through technical assistance, action research, and program implementation.
