The Litmus Team was recently granted an award from the New Jersey Reentry Corporation to assist in developing a legislative proposal for “Rehabilitative Release,” a pathway for people who received long sentences (30 years to life) on certain felony offenses to gradually reintegrate back to the community through supportive housing, after serving a portion of their sentence.
