Jodie Kirshner Elected to American Law Institute

Research Professor Jodie Adams Kirshner has been elected to the prestigious American Law Institute (ALI). The ALI is the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and improve the law. Its membership of approximately 4,600—encompassing both elected and lifetime members—includes distinguished lawyers, judges, and law professors whose work with ALI holds enormous sway in US courts and legislatures, as well as in legal scholarship and education.
