Developing a Global Health-Based Air Quality Index
Cromar Presents at NASA HAQAST4 Meetings
Dr. Kevin Cromar was an invited speaker at the NASA HAQAST4 meeting held at University of Wisconsin-Madison on July 17, 2018. He presented findings from his NASA funded research project to develop a global, health-based air quality index that can provide valuable risk communication particularly in areas without any ground-based air quality monitors.
It is anticipated that the index will go live at the end of 2018 which will provide forecasted and real-time information on the daily health risks of air pollution across the globe.
