EPA Smog Decision Fails to Protect CA Air Quality

Director of Air Quality, Kevin Cromar, was quoted in a Calmatters article on EPA’s decision not to strengthen smog standards. Cromar on EPA’s decision and its impact on California:

There’s no getting around it. Any way you look at it, California has to face this issue head on more than any other state in the US.
