Swift, Certain, and Fair

Dr. Angela Hawken, a Professor of Public Policy and director of the Litmus program, and Dr. Jonathan Kulick, a Senior Research Scholar in the Litmus program, guest edited and published three articles in the summer 2017 issue of Perspectives, the journal of the American Probation and Parole Association, on Swift Certain Fair. The three articles are: "Swift, Certain, and Fair: Review of State of Knowledge", "Swift, Certain, and Fair: Perspectives from the Field", and "Swift, Certain, and Fair: In Custody".
