Paul Romer recently sat down to answer these and other questions. His responses are at the heart of our new video introduction to the Charter Cities initiative. This video was produced in concert with a series of videos that address frequently asked questions about charter cities. Taken together, the new videos offer an update on how the concept has evolved since Romer initially introduced the idea in 2009.
