Biography
He is currently a Master of Applied Urban Science & Informatics student at NYU Tandon's Center of Urban Science and Progress, expecting to graduate in 2025. Having lived in Toronto and Shanghai for exactly half and half of his life, Franklin is a firm believer of cross-pollination of ideals, experiences, and application-derived urban transit theories. He is passionate in public transit improvement policy advocacy, transit development effectiveness-related research, and new rapid transit program development across the globe.
