Rémy Prud'homme is a Professor at the University of Paris XII. He has taught at serveral universities around the world, inclusing the Royal University of Phnom Penh and MIT, where he has been a Visiting Professor several times. He has also been a frequent consultant to a number of governments and international organizations, inlcuding the World Bank, UN-Habitat, the OECD, and the Inter-American Development Bank. His main interests are in local public finance, transportation policies, urban and regional policies, and environmental policies.
