Peggy Carey is a Fellow in the Litmus program of the NYU Marron Institute. She has 40 years of experience in the social services field providing direct services to youth and adults while developing new projects that address the emerging needs of those clients. She has created and managed several muti-stakeholder implementation teams and has provided trainings locally, regionally, and nationally on a variety of topics related to the social service field.  Peggy is currently the Swift, Certain, and Fair (SCF) probation coordinator in DeKalb County, IL, and provides technical assistance to other SCF sites receiving funding from the federal Bureau of Justice Assistance.
