Student Fellow / Urban Expansion
Biography
Natasha Roy is a Student Fellow at the NYU Marron Institute where she supports the work of Dr. Shlomo Angel and the Urban Expansion program. She is an undergraduate in NYU’s College of Arts & Sciences, where she studies as a Presidential Honors Scholar. She is majoring in Political Science and English Literature, with a minor in French.
She became interested in urbanism when she first moved to New York City and confronted the equity dimension of transportation, public space, and urban climate policy. As she looks ahead to graduate study, she is focusing on honing her research skills, both independently and as part of a team at NYU Marron.
