Biography
Khevna Parikh is a Public-Finance Student Fellow in the Litmus program of the NYU Marron Institute and a graduate student at NYU pursuing her master’s in data science. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University in applied mathematics & statistics and psychology. She worked as a Legislative Fiscal Analyst with the New York State Assembly, where she forecasted tax revenues and made budget recommendations on legislation related to personal income-tax revenue. Upon graduation, she aspires to use data-driven measures to develop meaningful solutions to challenges in healthcare, tech, and other fields in hopes to reduce socioeconomic disparities.
