Biography

Jianan(Zoe) Zhu is a Quantitative Research Assistant in the Human Exploitation and Resilience Initiative at NYU Marron Institute for Urban Management. She is currently a doctoral student in the Biostatistics concentration at the School of Global Public Health. Her previous research is mainly focused on developing and applying machine learning methods in public health data analysis. Currently, she is working on causal inference and its application on public health datasets. She is interested in observational studies, randomized trials, sensitivity analysis, and instrumental variables.
