Biography

Devin Camille Wilkins is a Fellow in the Transportation and Land Use program at the NYU Marron Institute. Her research focuses on public transit planning and operations. She is particularly interested in railway schedule optimization and terminal dispatch strategies. Devin has a master’s degree in Transportation from MIT, where she conducted research for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) to recommend infrastructure investment paths for achieving a regional rail service model on the Worcester/Framingham line.
