The HERP team has carried out several domestic projects in New York City and across the United States, supported by federal agencies such as the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the National Institute of Justice (NIJ). We collaborate closely with a diverse network of academic institutions and NGO partners to design, implement and evaluate this work. Our completed NSF-funded project focused on piloting an information-exchange platform that provides runaway and homeless youth with improved access to services and greater agency over their personal information.
