Sally Satel & Mark Kleiman on Legalizing Cannabis

Mark Kleiman recently sat down with Sally Satel, a Resident Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), to discuss the problems and opportunities presented by state-led cannabis legalization. AEI has released several clips of the interview, starting with one in which Kleiman addresses the question of whether cannabis prohibition is broken.
