Paul Romer’s National Academy of Sciences Lecture

Paul Romer delivered the 2011 Henry and Bryna David Lecture at the National Academy of Sciences. In it, he outlined a framework for thinking about the coevolution of technologies and rules and applied this framework to the question of how the United States will escape the Great Distress.
