Jodie Adams Kirshner Discusses Her Research

On June 16, Research Professor Jodie Adams Kirshner, who directs the Economic Mobility initiative, joined a moderated discussion, “Breaking the Cycle to Meet the Promise of Higher Education,” hosted at the Aspen Institute by the American Academy of Arts and Sciences Higher Education Forum. The audience was primarily university presidents and provosts, foundation presidents, and education reporters. The discussion that followed centered around attitudes toward debt, personal education/debt stories, and related social-science research.
