Civic Analytics Program Receives Funding for

Red Hook Action for Clean Air Initiative

Director of Civic Analytics, Constantine Kontokosta, and his team have received funding from the Brooklyn-based Red Hook Initiative, partnering on their EPA-funded project to build capacity for data-driven and community-led air-quality monitoring. The team will analyze hyperlocal air-quality data and develop AI tools to support community advocacy and engagement on environmental justice and climate change.
