Postdoctoral Fellow / Urban Expansion
Eric is Postdoctoral Fellow in the NYU Urban Expansion program at the Marron Institute. He received his PhD in Urban Planning from Columbia University. His dissertation examined transportation planning and policy formation in New York through the lens of Brooklyn’s dollar vans. He teaches courses on urban studies at Hunter College and Barnard College and his writing on cities and transportation technology has been published in academic journals and popular press outlets.
